Winners of Commitment to People Development & Employer of the Year Awards

We’re very proud to announce that Dalycom won the category for the “Commitment to People Development” at this year’s East Midlands Chamber Awards last Friday and subsequently went on to win “Employer of the Year” at their Regional Awards!

It’s great to see that our commitment to the people in our business is recognised within the wider business community. We’re very proud of the fact that most of our team have been with us for over 10 years (with a few exceeding the 20 and 25 year mark also!) and the drive and passion we all have to make the business succeed.

We’re also sending out a message to our prospective employees to say that we care about our people and will commit to their personal as well as career development whilst they are here.

We will find out whether we have made it through the National Chamber Finals on 29th November so fingers crossed for that!
