Customer Account Manager

Job Spec:

  • Manage existing customer accounts and provide solutions to meet customers’ needs
  • Be aware of the product portfolio and recognise where solutions can be built to satisfy needs
  • Keep customers up-to-date on industry developments, changes and any new benefits
  • Develop and maintain contract retentions – To ensure minimum loss rate.
  • Work with marketing department and admin teams to build campaigns and deliver these
  • Attend customer meetings and networking events, presenting our core values
  • Provide accurate proposal documents and information to customers
  • Manage your diary, pipelines and workloads effectively
  • Maintain company CRM with relevant information
  • Provide reports and forecasts to senior teams
  • Help the business grow turnover and profitability
  • Work with the senior team to develop the department, preparing for further growth

 

Person Spec:

  • You will be enthusiastic, personable and care about your customers
  • You will have strong communication skills
  • You will be able to manage your workload and work with customers at all levels
  • Be able to listen and recognise where and what solutions fit customers’ needs
  • The ability to work successfully with key teams to manage sales projects, budgets and costs
  • Proficient in MS office and have experience using CRM systems
  • Must be flexible for additional hours if required
